launch, phase 2

During the past few months, launch has been extensively revised and rearranged! Here are the itemized changes:

• Like that of my library's index, the background color of ROX-Filer is now "old paper" (#F8ECC2), which is much easier on the eyes.
• Programs are now organized into classifications corresponding to those of software listed in my links.
• Needless directories have been discarded, and programs have been sensibly consolidated for ease of access and navigation.
• Many programs have been added; a few have been discarded for inadequacy or obsolescence.
• A new directory titled reference contains links to local reference texts viewed via Dillo, less, and pinfo: HTML 3.2 Reference Specification, my personal dictionary, The Jargon File, V.E.R.A., and Webster's Unabridged Dictionary.
• More of my homemade (mostly documental) icons have been applied.

Launch's present size is 3,801,088B; launch.zip's present size is 236,922B (2023/06/29).

Icons that weren't bundled with their related programs were created by Chris Banks, Greg Barnes, Janik Baumgartner, Mihaiciuc Bogdan, Everaldo/Yellowicon, Exhumed, Fatcow Web Hosting, Iconshock, IconsMind, MadScienceLabs, Papirus Development Team, Starvingartist, Tatice, and me! NOS2's and Windoesn't's icons were respectively extracted from OS/2 2.1 and Windows 3.1/3.11.
